Chocolate Pancake Cereal

Recipe makes 2 servings

Ingredients:

2 scoops HLTH Code Chocolate Macadamia
2 eggs
½ cup milk of choice (almond, coconut, etc.)
¾ cup blanched almond flour
2 tbsp coconut flour
2 tsp unsweetened cocoa powder
2 tbsp monk fruit sweetener
½ tsp baking powder
Unsweetened almond milk, fresh berries, to serve with

 

Instructions

In a blender, combine all ingredients.
Blend at high speed until smooth.
Let the batter rest for 2 minutes.
Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
Spoon the batter into a piping bag. Pipe small dots of batter onto the skillet.
Cook the pancakes until bubbles appear, flip and cook for another 30 seconds.
Serve pancakes as a cereal with desired milk and garnishes.
