Chocolate Peanut Butter Fudge Bites

– 2 tablespoons melted coconut oil
– 4 tablespoons unsweetened nut butter
– 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
– 3 scoops HLTH Code Chocolate Macadamia powder

– 2 heaping tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
– 1/8 cup of monk fruit syrup or powder
– May add 1-2 tablespoons of unsweetened almond or coconut milk to achieve desired consistency.
-Mix well with a fork and roll into 1” balls. Makes 10-12. Store any you don’t devour in the fridge.
