Coconut Almond Delight Smoothie

Recipe makes 2 servings.

Ingredients:

For the smoothie:
1 cup (244ml) unsweetened coconut milk, chilled
1/2 cup (244ml) unsweetened almond milk, chilled
1 pack (100g) unsweetened acai berries, frozen
2 scoops (78g) HLTH Code Creamy Vanilla
2 Tbsp (31g) creamy almond butter
1 Tbsp (14g) coconut oil
1/4 tsp almond extract (optional, to taste)
1 cup (110g) ice cubes or frozen coconut milk cubes
1 Tbsp (10g) chia seeds
2 Tbsp (10) unsweetened shredded coconut
Pinch of sea salt
2 Tbsp (2.4g) monk fruit sweetener

For the toppings (optional):
Whipped coconut cream
Toasted sliced almonds
Toasted shredded coconut
Cacao nibs
Extra drizzle of almond butter

Instructions:

Add all smoothie ingredients to a high-speed blender, and blend until the mixture is smooth and creamy. Make sure everything is well combined.

Taste the smoothie and adjust the sweetness if needed. Pour it into glasses and, if desired, garnish with a couple of tablespoons of whipped cream and a sprinkle of the desired toppings.
