Coconut Protein Truffles

The recipe makes 16 balls.

Ingredients:

1 scoop HLTH Code Vanilla
1 ½ cup unsweetened coconut flakes
½ cup almond flour
3 Tbsp monk fruit sweetener (or other sweetener of choice)
3 Tbsp coconut oil, melted
2 Tbsp cream

Instructions:

Mix all the ingredients in a large bowl.

Divide the mixture into 16 equal portions and roll the truffles with your hands into balls.

If too dry, add 1 Tbsp of water.

Place on a plate and chill in the fridge before serving.
