Coffee-Free Cinnamon Latte

Recipe makes 1 servings

Ingredients:

1 tsp chicory root powder
6oz. (170ml) water
2 scoops (78g) HLTH Code Vanilla
¼ tsp vanilla extract
½ Tbsp monk fruit sweetener
¼ tsp cinnamon
½ cup (125ml) steamed/frothed unsweetened almond milk

Instructions:

Add water to a cup and add chicory. Let it steep for a few minutes then strain. Keep the chicory and discard the water.

Blend chicory with HLTH Code , vanilla extract, monk fruit sweetener, and cinnamon.

Add chicory mix to a large mug.

Pour in the steamed/frothed milk.

Stir well and serve with some dusted cinnamon on top.
