Frothy Chocolate Coconut Cloud Shake

The recipe makes 2 servings.

Ingredients:

2 cups unsweetened coconut milk, divided (reserve 1 cup for frothing)
2 scoops HLTH Code Chocolate
2 Tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
1 Tablespoon shredded unsweetened coconut
1 Tablespoon coconut oil
1 teaspoon chocolate extract
1-2 Tablespoons low-carb sweetener of choice (such as stevia or monk fruit)

Instructions:

In a blender, combine 1 cup coconut milk (reserve the other cup for frothing), HLTH Code Chocolate, cocoa powder, shredded coconut, coconut oil, chocolate extract, and sweetener.

Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy.

In a separate bowl or using a milk frother, whip the remaining 1 cup of coconut milk until light and frothy. If you don’t have a milk frother, you can whisk it vigorously or shake it in a jar.

Pour the shake base into a glass, then gently fold or layer the frothed coconut milk on top for a light, frothy texture.

Optionally, sprinkle some coconut flakes or cocoa powder on top.
