Golden Milkshake

Recipe makes 2 servings

Ingredients:

Shake
2 cups (473ml) unsweetened full fat coconut milk (or another milk of choice)
2 scoops (78g) HLTH Code Creamy Vanilla
2 Tbsp (32g) unsalted cashew or almond butter
1 Tbsp (14g) MCT oil
1 tsp (3.1g) ground turmeric
1 tsp (2.6g) ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp cardamom (optional)
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 tsp (5ml) vanilla extract
1 tsp grated fresh ginger (or ½ tsp ground ginger)
2 Tbsp (28g) hemp hearts
2 Tbsp (1.8g) monk fruit sweetener or sugar-free sweetener of choice
1 cup (111g) ice cubes

Topping (optional)
1/4 cup unsweetened coconut cream, whipped
Dash of each cinnamon and turmeric

Instructions:

Add all shake ingredients to a high-speed blender. Blend until smooth and creamy and pour into two glasses. Top with whipped coconut cream (if desired), and sprinkle with a dash of each cinnamon and turmeric. Serve immediately.
