Gourmet Salmon Rolls

Preparation time: 15 minutes

Serve: 6

Ingredients:
– 0.25lb. smoked salmon
– 0.25lb. cream cheese
– 2 tablespoons Greek yogurt
– 1 tablespoon crumbled feta
– ½ cup dill, chopped
– 1 teaspoon lemon zest, finely grated
– ¼ teaspoon white pepper, freshly ground

Instructions:
1. Thinly slice the salmon and place aside.
2. In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, yogurt, feta, dill, lemon zest, and white pepper.
3. Spread cheese mixture over salmon slices.
4. Roll up every slice and secure with a toothpick.
5. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
