Harvest Protein Smoothie Bowl

Recipes makes 2 servings.
Ingredients:
½ cup pumpkin puree
¼ cup Greek yogurt
2 scoops HLTH Code Vanilla
1 Tablespoon almond butter
½ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
1 teaspoon chia seeds
2 Tablespoons pomegranate seeds
¼ cup unsweetened almond milk (or to desired consistency)
Toppings (optional):
Pecans, unsweetened coconut flakes, chopped almonds
Instructions:
In a blender, combine the ingredients and blend until smooth and creamy.
If the smoothie is too thick, add more almond milk, 1 tablespoon at a time, until it reaches your desired consistency.
Pour the smoothie into a bowl.
Sprinkle with optional chopped pecans, coconut flakes, and chopped almonds.
