HLTH Code Mini-Donuts

Makes 12 mini donuts
Ingredients
Dry ingredients:
– 1 scoop HLTH Code Chocolate Macadamia
– 1/4 cup coconut flour
– 4 tablespoons monkfruit sweetener
– 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
Wet ingredients:
– 2 large eggs
– 2 tablespoons melted butter
– 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
– 2 tablespoons water
Mini-Donut Instructions
– Preheat oven to 350 and grease donut pan well
– In a large bowl, wisk all dry ingredients together
– Add in all the wet ingredients in the same bowl and stir until batter is formed
– Add batter to donut pan, leaving plenty of room for batter to rise
– Bake for 12 minutes
– Take out and let cool for a few minutes. Carefully remove donuts with a small spatula and transfer onto a drying rack
– Make topping of your choice (see below) or enjoy as plain!
Optional topping Instructions:
Glaze:
– 3 tablespoons unsweetened vanilla almond milk
– 1/4 cup powdered monkfruit
Combine and whisk together in a small bowl
Chocolate topping:
– 2 1/2 tablespoons stevia-sweetened chocolate chips
– 2 1/2 teaspoons coconut oil
Melt together in microwave in 15 second increments (about 2-3 times) stirring in between.
Optional: Top with stoka sprinkles (keto friendly)
