Lemon Bar Shake

Recipe makes 2 servings

Ingredients:

Shake

1 cup (107g) cauliflower florets, cut into pieces
1 cup (243ml) cashew milk or almond milk
1 Tbsp lemon zest
2 Tbsp (30ml) fresh lemon juice
2 scoops (78g) HLTH Code Creamy Vanilla
2 Tbsp (28g) cream cheese
1/4 cup (32g) cashews or hazelnuts
1/2 tsp turmeric or to taste
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 cup (111g) ice
2 Tbsp monk fruit sweetener or sugar-free sweetener of choice

Topping (optional)
Whipped heavy cream
1 Tbsp chopped cashews or hazelnuts

 

Instructions:

In a blender, combine ingredients and blend on high speed until smooth and creamy. Adjust sweetness to taste, pour into glasses and serve.
