Pumpkin protein bars

Makes about 8 bars, cut longways like a protein bar.

4 scoops creamy vanilla powder
2 cups chopped pecans
6 tbs flaxseed
6 tbs pumpkin seeds


6 tbs classic monk fruit sweetener
6 tbs pumpkin purée
2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
2 eggs

Instructions: preheat oven at 350 mix everything together well, mix in pumpkin purée and eggs at the end.  Line 8 x 5.5″ pan (about 1.5″ thick) with parchment paper spread out evenly. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes. Cut into bars and enjoy!
