Pumpkin Spice Chia Pudding

Recipe makes two servings.

2 scoops HLTH Code Creamy Vanilla
1/4 cup pumpkin puree
4 tbsp chia seeds
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
3 tbsp sugar-free sweetener of choice
1/2 tsp pumpkin pie seasoning

Pour 4 tbsp chia seeds in 1 cup unsweetened almond milk and refrigerate overnight or for a minimum of 2 hours.
Pour mixture into blender and add remaining ingredients. Blend until well mixed. (longer blending time if you want smoother chia pudding, less blending time for a chunkier chia pudding).
Pour and enjoy!
