Rosewater Vanilla Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients:

2 scoops HLTH Code Vanilla
1 cup unsweetened almond or coconut milk (8 fl oz / 240 ml)
1 Tbsp sunflower seed butter (sun butter)
1/4 tsp rosewater (or to taste)
1/4 tsp beetroot powder (optional, for color)
1/2 cup ice cubes

Toppings:
1 Tbsp crushed pistachios
Dried edible rosebuds, to garnish
Edible rose petals, to garnish

Instructions:

Combine the HLTH Code Vanilla with the almond or coconut milk, sunflower seed butter, rosewater, beetroot powder, and ice cubes in a blender. Blend until smooth and creamy.

Add an extra splash of rosewater if you prefer a stronger floral flavor.

Divide the smoothie evenly between two bowls.

Sprinkle with crushed pistachios and garnish with rose buds and edible rose petals before serving.
