Strawberry Frozen Protein Bites

Recipe makes 24 bites, 4 bites per serving, 6 servings in total

Ingredients:

1 cup Keto Yogurt, like Fage 0
¼ cup unsweetened almond milk
2 ½ scoops of HLTH Code Creamy Vanilla powder
3 tbsp melted coconut oil
2 tsp Monk fruit sweetener
1 tbsp freeze-dried strawberries

 

Instructions

Blend all ingredients in a food blender.
Pour the mixture into the desired silicone mold.
Pop it into the freezer and freeze until firm.
Serve cold, 4 bites per serving.
