Strawberry Shortcake Cheesecake Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients:

1 cup (250ml) unsweetened almond milk
2 scoops (79.5g) HLTH Code Creamy Vanilla
¼ cup (60g) cream cheese
4 small strawberries (fresh or frozen)

For the topping:
2 Tbsp (30g) almond flour
1 tsp Monk fruit sweetener
2 tsp coconut oil, melted

Instructions:

Make the smoothie: in a blender, combine all the smoothie ingredients.
Blend until smooth and transfer into a bowl.
To make the topping, combine all the topping ingredients in a small bowl until coarse crumbs form.
Top the smoothie bowl with the prepared crumbs and add some extra strawberries, if desired.
