Vanilla Cinnamon Roll Dip

Recipes makes 6 servings

Ingredients:

8 oz silken tofu (227 g)
2 scoops HLTH Code Vanilla
1 ½ tsp ground cinnamon, divided
1 Tbsp melted coconut butter
1/4 cup monk fruit syrup (1.8 oz / 50 g)
2 Tbsp crushed pecans (to garnish)

Instructions:

In a food processor or blender, add the tofu, HLTH Code vanilla, and 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon.

Blend on high speed until the mixture is smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides with a spatula as needed. 

Spoon into a serving bowl and smooth the surface.

Mix the melted coconut butter with the monk fruit syrup and add ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon. 

Drizzle the melted coconut butter mixture over the top and sprinkle with crushed pecans. 

Serve immediately or chill for 30 minutes for a firmer texture. 

Enjoy with with lower sugar fruit, or keto-friendly crackers, bread or tortillas.
