Vanilla Peppermint Shake

Recipes makes 2 servings

Ingredients:

1/2 cup (120 ml) milk
1/2 cup (120 ml) cream cheese
1/2 ripe avocado, peeled and cubed
2 scoops HLTH Code Vanilla
1/4 teaspoon peppermint extract, or more to taste
Liquid stevia or other preferred sweetener to taste (optional)
1 cup of ice cubes
Green food coloring (optional)
Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

Add milk, cream cheese, avocado, HLTH Code Vanilla and peppermint extract to a blender. Blend until completely smooth and creamy, stopping to scrape down the sides as needed. Taste and add, if desired, a few drops of sweetener and more  peppermint extract.

Add the ice cubes and blend again until thick and frosty. For a bright green shake, add a few drops of green food coloring and blend briefly to incorporate.

Pour the vanilla peppermint shake into 2 tall glasses. If desired, garnish with fresh mint leaves.
