90-Second Sandwich

Recipe makes 1 serving

Ingredients:

1 Tbsp butter, room temperature
1 egg
1 Tbsp almond flour
¼ tsp baking powder
¼ tsp salt
1oz/28g deli turkey
0.7oz/20g cheddar
1 tsp sriracha
0.5 oz/14g lettuce

Instructions:
Add the egg, butter, almond flour, baking powder, and salt to a microwave-safe ramekin. Thoroughly mix with a spoon and microwave for 90 seconds.

When done, remove from the microwave and cool for a few minutes. Loosen the edges with a knife and remove the bread from the ramekin. Using a serrated knife, cut the bread into two slices.

Prepare your other ingredients. Wash and chop the lettuce. Add the lettuce to one slice of bread. Top with cheese, sliced turkey deli, and sriracha. Top with the second bread slice.
