1 Cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
1 Cup Ice
1/4 Cup fresh or frozen blueberries
1 Tbsp Ground Flaxseed

Optional: add 2nd scoop of HLTH Code Creamy Vanilla, and additional blueberries as desired.
