Chocolate Avocado Shake

Recipe makes 2 servings

Ingredients:

Shake
1½ cup (360ml) plain unsweetened almond milk or another milk of choice
2 scoops (80g) HLTH Code Chocolate Macadamia
1 avocado (136g), pitted and skinned
2 Tbsp MCT oil
1/4 cup (29g) raw hazelnuts or hazelnut butter
2 tsp (5g) raw cacao powder
2 Tbsp (1.8g) monk fruit sweetener or sugar-free sweetener of choice
1 cup (111g) ice cubes
2 Tbsp (20g) hemp hearts

Topping (optional)
1-2 Tbsp roughly chopped hazelnuts
Sugar-free chocolate, broken into pieces

 

Instructions:

Combine all ingredients in a blender; blend on high speed until smooth and creamy.

Pour into glasses and serve with toppings, if desired.
