Chocolate Cheesecake Mousse
Recipe makes two servings.
1 scoop HLTH Code Chocolate Macadamia
1/3 cup heavy whipping cream
4 ounces full-fat cream cheese, room-temperature
2 Tablespoons powdered monkfruit sweetener
½ teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon sugar free chocolate chips (optional)
Place all ingredients in a mixing bowl and whip until fluffy and stiff peaks form, about 2 minutes. Add sugar free chocolate chips, if desired. Enjoy!
