Cranberry Orange Muffins

Recipe makes 16 muffins

Ingredients:
4 scoops HLTH Code Creamy Vanilla
3/4 cup sugar-free sweetener
1/2 cup almond flour
1/4 cup coconut flour
2 tsp baking powder
2 tsp orange extract
1 tbsp cinnamon
1/4 cup water
1/2 cup full fat yogurt
3 eggs
4 tbsp melted butter
1 & 1/2 cups fresh cranberries

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350F
Combine dry ingredients first and then mix in wet ingredients to form batter
Once batter is well mixed, fold in cranberries
Line a muffin pan with 16 liners and pour batter almost to the brim.
Cook for 25 minutes until golden brown on top. Test with a toothpick to be sure they are cooked all the way through.
