Gingerbread mug cake

– 1 scoop Creamy Vanilla HLTH Code
– 2 Tablespoons coconut flour
– 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
– 1/4 teaspoon ginger
– 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
– 1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
– 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
– 1/8 teaspoon salt
– 1/4 teaspoon blackstrap Molasses
– 4 Tablespoons unsweetened almond or coconut milk

Combine all dry ingredients in a mug, mix and then mix in wet ingredients.

Microwave for 60-90 seconds until cooked.

Eat in mug or flip over and enjoy like a mini cake! Top with sugar-free sprinkles & whipped cream.
