Keto Boba Shake

Ingredients:

For the boba:
1 tbsp gelatin powder
2 tbsp water
1 tsp vanilla extract
¼ cup avocado oil (not included in below macros)

For the shake:
2 scoops HLTH Code Chocolate Macadamia
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
2 tbsp coconut milk

Instructions

Make the boba; combine gelatin, water, and vanilla in a bowl. Set aside for 10 minutes. In the meantime, place avocado oil in a freezer.

Once the gelatin blooms, dissolve it in a saucepot over medium heat. Drop tiny drops of the gelatin into the avocado oil. it will shape into small balls. Repeat with remaining gelatin.

Strain the Keto boba through a sieve and place it into a glass. Dispose of avocado oil.

Make the shake; combine all the shake ingredients in a food blender. Blend until smooth.

Pour the shake over the boba.

Serve immediately.
