Keto Truffles

Recipe makes 6 keto truffles

Ingredients:

1 medium avocado, peeled, pitted
2 scoops HLTH Code Chocolate Macadamia
1 ½ tbsp melted coconut oil
1 tbsp cocoa, unsweetened
2 tsp powdered sugar-free sweetener

Instructions

In a blender, combine avocado and coconut oil. Blend until smooth.
Transfer the mixture into a bowl.
Fold in remaining ingredients and stir until smooth with a spatula. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Shape the mixture into six truffles. Dust each truffle with more cocoa powder and serve.
Store any uneaten truffles in the fridge.
