Maple Walnut Shake

The recipe makes 2 servings.

Ingredients:

2 scoops HLTH Code Vanilla
2 Tbsp walnuts, lightly roasted and crushed
1 cup unsweetened coconut milk (carton, not canned)
⅔ cup unsweetened almond milk
1 ½ Tbsp sugar-free maple-flavored syrup
¾ tsp ground cinnamon
1 Tbsp mascarpone cheese
1 tsp vanilla extract
A few ice cubes

 

Instructions:

Add coconut milk, almond milk, HLTH Code Vanilla, roasted walnuts, mascarpone, maple-flavored syrup, cinnamon, and vanilla extract to a blender.

Toss in a few ice cubes and blend for 40 – 60 seconds until smooth and creamy.

Taste and adjust cinnamon or maple syrup if desired. Enjoy!
