Peach Melba Shake

The recipe makes 2 servings

Ingredients:

2 cups unsweetened almond milk
½ cup heavy cream
½ cup frozen raspberries
1 tsp peach extract
1 Tbsp lemon juice
2 scoops HLTH Code Vanilla
1 Tbsp monk fruit sweetener
Sugar-free whipped cream, optional
Chopped almonds, optional


Instructions:

Add all ingredients to a blender. Pulse until completely smooth. Taste and optionally add more sweetener.

Optionally, serve with whipped cream and garnish with finely chopped almonds.
