Peanut Butter and Jelly Shake

Recipe makes 2 servings

Ingredients:

Shake
1½ cup (360ml) plain unsweetened almond milk (or another milk of choice)
2 scoops (80g) HLTH Code Chocolate Macadamia
1/4 cup (64g) unsalted sugar-free peanut butter
1/2 cup (76g) fresh or frozen strawberries
2 Tbsp (28g) MCT oil
2 Tbsp (1.8g) monk fruit sweetener (or sugar-free sweetener of choice)
1 cup (111g) ice cubes
2 Tbsp (20g) hemp hearts
4 tablespoons (56g) sugar-free strawberry jelly

Topping (optional)
2 Tbsp cup (29g) peanuts
1/4 cup (38g) sliced fresh strawberries

 

Instructions:

Combine all ingredients except the strawberry jelly in a blender; blend on high speed until smooth and creamy.

Pour into two glasses and stir 2 tablespoons of strawberry jelly into each shake. Top with peanuts and fresh strawberries, if desired, and serve.

This milkshake is perfect for a quick breakfast, a post-workout snack, or a dessert.
