Strawberry Blondie Smoothie Bowl

Recipe makes 2 servings (363g each)

Ingredients:

Smoothie:
1 cup (221g) frozen unsweetened strawberries
1/2 cup (123g) whole milk ricotta cheese
1/2 cup (122g) unsweetened almond milk or other non-dairy milk
2 scoops (78g) HLTH Code Creamy Vanilla
1 Tbsp (8g) unsweetened cocoa butter or coconut oil
1 tsp (4g) vanilla extract
2 Tbsp (1.6g) monk fruit sweetener
1 cup (111g) ice cubes

Topping:
1/4 cup (38g) fresh strawberries, sliced
1 Tbsp (8g) chopped walnuts or almonds
2 Tbsp (14g) whole almonds
4 pieces (26g) sugar-free white chocolate (optional)

Instructions:

Combine the frozen strawberries, ricotta cheese, almond milk, HLTH Code Creamy Vanilla, cocoa butter, vanilla extract, monk fruit sweetener, and ice cubes.

Blend on high speed until all the ingredients are well combined and the mixture is smooth and creamy. Taste and add more sweetener if desired.

Pour into two serving bowls and garnish with sliced strawberries, almonds, and chopped walnuts.

Serve the Strawberry Blondie Smoothie Bowl immediately and enjoy!

Optional: Feel free to get creative and add other toppings like chia seeds, cacao nibs, or nut butter.
