Strawberry Cheesecake Mousse

Ingredients:

1 Tablespoon heavy whipping cream
1 scoop Creamy Vanilla HLTH Code
4 ounces cream cheese (full fat)
2 Tablespoons powdered monk fruit sweetener
¼ teaspoon vanilla
¼ cup chopped strawberries

Instructions

Place all ingredients EXCEPT the strawberries in a mixing bowl and whip until fluffy, about 2 minutes.
Gently fold in the strawberries, saving a few to sprinkle on top if desired. Enjoy!
