Toasted Coconut Chai Shake

The recipe makes 1 serving.

Ingredients:

2 scoops HLTH Code Vanilla
1 ½ cup unsweetened coconut milk (from carton)
1 Tbsp coconut cream
1 Tbsp toasted shredded coconut
½ tsp ground cinnamon
¼ tsp ground cardamom
1 pinch ground cloves
1 tsp ground flax seeds
¼ tsp vanilla extract
1 pinch salt
1 cup ice
2–3 drops liquid stevia or monk fruit

Instructions:

Toast the shredded coconut in a dry pan until golden and aromatic. Set aside.

Add the coconut milk, coconut cream, HLTH Code Vanilla, cinnamon, cardamom, cloves, chia seeds, vanilla extract, sweetener, and salt to a blender. Blend until smooth.

Add the ice and toasted coconut, then blend again until thick and creamy.

Taste and adjust spices if needed. Optionally, garnish with lightly toasted coconut flakes and more ground flaxseed. Serve immediately.
