Toasted Pecan Maple Shake

The recipe makes 1 serving.

Ingredients:

2 scoops HLTH Code Chocolate
1 Tbsp toasted pecans, chopped
1 ½ cup unsweetened almond milk (or macadamia milk)
1 Tbsp coconut cream
1 tsp (sugar free) maple-flavored syrup
½ tsp cinnamon
Optional toppings: coconut flakes, unsweetened chocolate chips, ground flaxseed

Instructions:

Toast the pecans in a dry skillet over medium heat for 2-3 minutes, stirring frequently. Let them cool slightly. 

Add all the shake ingredients to a high-speed blender and blend on high for 30-45 seconds or until smooth and creamy. 

Pour into a glass and top with optional toppings. Serve immediately.
