Tropical Bliss Shake

Recipes makes 2 servings.

Ingredients:

2 scoops HLTH Code Vanilla
1 cup unsweetened coconut milk
¼ cup full-fat coconut milk, canned
2 Tbsp lime juice (or more to taste)
¼ teaspoon pineapple extract
1 Ttbsp chia seeds
2 Tbsp coconut oil
1 cup ice cubes
Optional: Zest of 1 lime for extra flavor
Optional: shredded coconut or lime slices for garnish


Instructions:

In a blender, combine all ingredients and lime zest (if using).

Blend on high speed until all ingredients are well combined and the mixture is smooth and creamy.

Taste the shake and adjust sweetness if necessary by adding a bit of sugar-free sweetener of your choice.

Once the desired consistency and sweetness are achieved, pour the shake into glasses. If desired, garnish each shake with flaked coconut or a slice of lime.
