Tropical Green Smoothie Bowl

The recipe makes 1 serving.

Ingredients:

Smoothie Base:
2 scoops HLTH Code Vanilla
½ cup frozen avocado chunks
1 cup fresh spinach
1 cup unsweetened coconut milk
1 Tbsp fresh lime juice

Toppings (optional):
1 tsp chia seeds
1 Tbsp unsweetened coconut flakes
1 Tbsp pumpkin seeds

Instructions:

Add the HLTH Code Vanilla, frozen avocado, spinach, coconut milk, and lime juice to a high-speed blender.

Blend until smooth and creamy. If the mixture is too thick, add a bit more coconut milk or cold water, 1 tbsp at a time, until desired consistency is reached.

Pour the smoothie into a bowl.

Optionally, top with chia seeds, coconut flakes, and pumpkin seeds. Serve immediately.
