Avocado Stuffed with Shrimp and Herbs

Ingredients:
1 large avocado
0.25lb. shrimp, peeled, and deveined
1 radish, diced
4 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 tablespoon cilantro, chopped
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 hardboiled egg, chopped
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions:
Heat olive oil in a skillet.
Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds. Add shrimp and cook for 4 minutes.
Remove the shrimp and place it aside to cool. Once cold enough to handle, chop the shrimps.
Cut the avocado in half and remove the pit. Scoop out the flesh, leaving ¼-inch thick shell.
Combine chopped shrimp with avocado flesh, mayonnaise, radish, mayonnaise, lemon juice, and cilantro.
Stuff the avocado shells with the prepared mixture. Serve.
