Ingredients:

Shake
1 cup (245g) plain Greek yogurt
2 scoops (80g) HLTH Code Creamy Vanilla
1/2 cup (122ml) unsweetened almond or coconut milk
2 Tbsp (28g) cream cheese
1/4 cup (56g) pumpkin puree
2 Tbsp (28g) sweetener of choice or to taste
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp pumpkin spice
1 cup ice cubes

Topping (optional)
1/4 cup (56ml) heavy cream
2 Tbsp (28g) cream cheese
1/2 Tbsp (7g) pumpkin puree
1/2 scoop (40g) HLTH Code Creamy Vanilla
1 pinch pumpkin spice

Instructions

Add all shake ingredients to a high-powered blender and blend until smooth and creamy.

Pour into two glasses, add topping, if desired, and serve immediately.
