Warm Chia Chocolate Pudding Bowl

Recipe makes 2 servings

Ingredients:

Pudding
1/4 cup (40g) chia seeds
1 1/2 (360ml) cups unsweetened almond milk (or any non-dairy milk of your choice)
2 Tbsp (11g) unsweetened cocoa powder
2 Tbsp (3.2g) monk fruit sweetener, to taste
1/2 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
A pinch of salt
2 scoops (80g) HLTH Code Chocolate Macadamia

Toppings:
2 Tbsp (15g) chopped hazelnuts
2 Tbsp (10g) shredded coconut
1/2 cup (76g) fresh strawberries or mixed berries

Instructions:

Combine the chia seeds, milk, cocoa powder, sweetener, vanilla extract, and salt in a saucepan; place over low heat and gently stir the mixture until it begins to thicken. This should take about 5 to 7 minutes. Make sure to stir continuously to prevent clumping or sticking.

Once the chia pudding reaches your desired consistency, remove it from the heat. Let it cool for a few minutes, then stir in the HLTH Code Chocolate Macadamia.

Transfer to serving bowls, add the toppings and serve immediately.
