Berry Mascarpone Shake

Ingredients:

2 scoops HLTH Code Chocolate
1 ½ cups unsweetened almond milk
¼ cup cup mascarpone
¼ cup heavy cream
2 Tbsp frozen blueberries
¼ cup frozen strawberries
2 Tbsp monk fruit sweetener (adjust to taste)
½ tsp vanilla extract

Instructions:

Add unsweetened almond milk, mascarpone, heavy cream, berries, sweetener, and vanilla extract to a blender.

Blend briefly until the berries start to break down.

Add HLTH Code Chocolate and continue blending until completely smooth and creamy.

Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
