Strawberry Shortcake Shake

The recipe makes 2 servings.

Ingredients:

2 scoops HLTH Code Vanilla
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
⅓ cup heavy cream
½ cup strawberries, hulled
1 Tbsp butter
1 Tbsp coconut flour
1 tsp monk fruit sweetener
½ tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of salt

Instructions:

Add unsweetened almond milk, heavy cream, butter, coconut flour, sweetener, vanilla extract, and salt to a blender.

Blend until smooth.

Add HLTH Code Vanilla and blend until thick and creamy.

Add strawberries and pulse briefly so small pieces remain.

Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
