Beet and Orange Protein Shake

Recipes makes 2 servings

Ingredients:

2 scoops HLTH Code Vanilla powder
2 Tbsp unsweetened beet juice (for color and flavor, keep it minimal for low carbs)
2 Tbsp unsweetened orange juice (for a fresh citrus taste without too many carbs)
½ cup unsweetened almond milk (or any low-sugar milk alternative)
¼ cup heavy cream (or coconut cream for dairy-free)
½ tsp orange zest (optional, for extra citrus flavor)
¼ tsp vanilla extract (optional)
3-4 ice cubes

Instructions:

In a blender, combine the HLTH Code Vanilla powder, beet juice, orange juice, almond milk, heavy cream, and vanilla extract (if using).

Add the ice cubes and blend until smooth and creamy.

Taste the shake and adjust sweetness if desired by adding a few drops of stevia or another low-carb sweetener.

Garnish with sliced orange and serve immediately.
