Breakfast Kefir Bowl

Ingredients:

Smoothie Base:
1 scoop HLTH Code Vanilla
½ cup unsweetened whole-milk kefir
½ cup unsweetened almond milk
¼ cup frozen raspberries (or strawberries)
1-2 tsp monk fruit sweetener (or sweetener of choice)

Toppings:
1 tsp chia seeds
1 tsp shredded coconut
Almond flakes (optional)
Blueberries (optional)

Instructions:

In a blender, combine HLTH Code Vanilla, unsweetened kefir, frozen raspberries, and your choice of sweetener.

Blend until smooth and creamy. Adjust the sweetness as desired.

Pour the smoothie base into a bowl.

Sprinkle the top with chia seeds and shredded coconut. Optionally, add a handful of fresh blueberries and almond flakes.
