Cranberry Pistachio Bowl

The recipe makes 2 servings.

Ingredients:

2 scoops HLTH Code Vanilla
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
¼ cup cottage cheese (full-fat)
2 Tbsp unsweetened coconut cream
½ tsp cranberry extract

Toppings:
1 Tbsp sugar-free dried cranberries
1 Tbsp pistachios, roughly chopped
¼ tsp ground cinnamon

 

Instructions:

In a medium bowl, whisk HLTH Code Vanilla with almond milk until smooth.

Stir in cottage cheese, coconut cream, and cranberry extract. Mix well until smooth. 

Transfer to serving bowls.

Top with cranberries, chopped pistachios, and cinnamon.

Enjoy immediately, or refrigerate for 10-15 minutes before serving.
