Grilled Garlic T-Bone Steak with Rosemary

Recipe makes 2 servings

Ingredients:

2 T-bone steaks (about 5.3oz/ 150g each)
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 Tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped (or 1 tsp dried rosemary)
1 tsp smoked paprika
3 Tbsp olive oil
1 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Instructions:

In a small bowl, combine minced garlic, chopped rosemary, smoked paprika, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper. Mix well.

Place the T-bone steaks in a shallow dish or resealable bag. Pour the marinade over the steaks, making sure they are well coated. Let them marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, ideally up to 1 hour.

Heat the grill to medium-high. Remove the steaks from the marinade and let excess drip off.

Place the steaks on the grill. Cook for 4-6 minutes per side for medium-rare, adjusting time for desired doneness. Turn only once for perfect grill marks.

Remove from the grill and let them rest for 5 minutes to allow juices to redistribute.

Serve immediately optionally garnished with a sprig of rosemary.
